Will it fit my machine?
Send a photo of the headstock or carriage and two measurements and the team confirms the bracket in writing before any steel is cut. The Fits My Machine guide lists the common carriages.
What tine length do I need?
Long enough to carry your deepest pallet or bag safely, short enough to work in your yard. Tell the team the loads you lift and it is specified from that.
Is hydraulic positioning worth it?
If load widths change several times a day, yes — it saves the operator getting out. For a single pallet size, a fixed carriage is stronger and cheaper.
What is the lead time?
Every unit is fabricated to order, so the build slot and delivery date are confirmed in writing with your quotation rather than advertised as a fixed figure.
